What is the pitching rule in the KFL?
The KFL follows the ISCII pitching rule.

Before starting the delivery, the pitcher must have both feet on the
ground within the 24" length of the pitchers plate. The shoulders shall be
in line with first and third bases.

He shall take a position with the majority of his pivot foot on top of the
plate, and the non-pivot foot on or behind, but not neccesarily in contact
with the pitchers plate.

'The pitcher shall hold the ball in both hands coming to a COMPLETE STOP
for not less than one second, but no more than 10 seconds before releasing
it.

If the pitcher decides to pitch with the non-pivot foot to the rear of the
plate, a backward step may be taken before, simultaneous with or after the
hands are brought together. The pivot foot must remain in contact with the
pitching plate and remain motionless at all times prior to the forward step
of the non-pivot foot.

There shall be no step forward by the pivot foot prior to the act of
the delivery.

In the act of delivering the ball, the pitcher must take one step
simultaneous with the release of the ball. The step must be forward and
toward the batter within the 24" length of the pitchers plate.

Raising the foot off the plate constitutes a rocking motion and is an
illegal act.

The pitcher may not "carry" the ball before releasing after the forward
motion is complete.

If an illegal pitch is called:

If the batter hits the ball and reaches base safely, and if all runners
have advanced at least one base if forced on the batted ball, the illegal
pitch is cancelled. All action as a result of the batted ball stands. No
option is given. Otherwise, the illegal pitch is a ball on the batter, and
no runners advance, unless forced by a base on balls.
